Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide. Note that there may be some restrictions on some products.

When you place an order, we aim to dispatch your order within 5 days, handmade collections within 7-15 days. The delivery usually takes 3-5 working days . You may need to pay the import tax depending where you live.

Our default delivery is DHL, unless you have special requests.
Return & Exchange Policy
Free returns within 14 days with full refund if it's our error, eg. quality.

Free exchange within 14 days.
Each item must be return in a good quality without any damage.
Each item must be returned in their original package and have all the tags and instruction labels still attached to the items.

Handmade items are not refundable.
Refund
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
